With over 15 years of international banking and wealth management experience, Gwennaël Tchoungui has guided ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and entrepreneurs across European, African, and Asian markets, helping them grow, protect, and align their wealth with long-term purpose.
His career spans leading institutions such as Rothschild & Co, Julius Bär, and Bank of Singapore, where he consistently delivered growth in new assets, revenues, and client engagement, while contributing to the expansion of brand presence in multiple markets.
In parallel, Gwennael started collaborating closely with the Embassy of Cameroon in the Netherlands and Luxembourg in 2021, supporting its economic and cultural engagement agenda. In this capacity, he facilitated dialogue between governments, investors, and private-sector partners, building bridges to foster trade, investment, and sustainable business cooperation.
As founder of What Water, a non-profit that scaled across three continents, he delivers sustainable clean water solutions to underserved communities and impacts thousands of lives while advocating for multiple cultures worldwide. This experience reinforces his conviction that growth and purpose can and should go hand in hand.
Today, Gwennael leverages this unique blend of financial expertise, international engagement, and impact leadership to help clients unlock growth opportunities, build resilient strategies, and create value that endures across generations and geographies.
Louis-Yves YINDA
Partner
Louis-Yves is an international trade and commodities specialist with strong experience structuring and scaling supply chains across Africa.
His career blends hands-on operations, industrial project leadership, and deep expertise in logistics and institutional environments.
He built his foundation with CASTEL Group's SOMDIA, where he worked on raw material sourcing and food distribution, tackling complex challenges at the intersection of food security and logistics performance.
Within the same group, he also served as Project Manager for the construction of two port-based milling facilities in Africa.
Capitalizing on his experience, he founded AGRIOS COMMODITIES, an African commodity brokerage platform focused on commodity sourcing. The platform connected foreign institutions and companies with raw suppliers and producers across the continent, helping structure reliable, compliant supply relationships.
Today, Louis-Yves operates in rail transport and multimodal logistics in Cameroon, focused on optimizing trade flows, reducing logistics costs, and supporting the rollout of strategic infrastructure.
A trusted counterpart for public-sector negotiations, he is a Partner at Lionsbridge, bridging private actors and institutions to secure durable, value-creating projects.
