How we engage

One firm, three levels of engagement. Each answers a different need; all follow the same discipline: scope settled before commitment, a letter of engagement, a single senior counterpart.

Membership. Anticipate.

Market intelligence on Central Africa, monitoring of the regulatory developments that affect your interests, and access to the firm's network, by subscription. The reading comes from the ground rather than from the press.

Navigation. Obtain.

For the cases you lead. We organise the meetings that matter with public decision-makers, obtain licences and ministerial approvals, and carry the case to the agreed outcome. Scope and target result are written down before we start.

Trajectory. Create, finance, collect

For opportunities built at our initiative. We identify and develop the project, raise the financing wherever it is to be found, and stay engaged through payment. Four modules, activated separately, each with its own basis of success.

Where many stop at a signature, the firm engages at all stages of your business including financing and collection.

An alignment of interests

Most of our remuneration is tied to success: retainers cover the means we commit; results are paid for as results, on distinct bases, never twice on the same one. The grid is published and legible. The full Services & Conditions document is available on request.

Strategic advisory

Alongside the three levels, four practices for situations that call for an independent eye.

Projects-Projects-3.jpg

Confidential analyses for the exclusive use of the decision-maker: state of play, risks, scenarios and the questions to settle. The note informs the decision; it never takes it.

Independent decision notes

Independent board mandates; sustained alignment between ownership objectives, governance and strategy; upstream counsel to owners on long-term vision.

Governance & stewardship

Framing a strategy and translating it into commercial pathways; interfacing with external advisers (legal, tax, banking); mediation in sensitive contexts.

Bespoke missions

Import-export process management, qualification of reliable suppliers and distributors, EU-Africa compliance, and local representation of foreign companies.
